Innovative Barre workouts and PilatesAmanda Burton offers Pilates classes and innovative Barre routines at three different venues in Kemptown. The Barre Concept method incorporates aspects of yoga, Pilates and strength conditioning, all set to music for an aerobic total body workout that aims to lift the buttocks, tones the thighs, flattens the abs and sculpts the arms while protecting the joints. Pilates works to improve posture, core strength and flexibility through stretching and strengthening techniques. One to one teaching is also possible.
