Helen teaches Scarvelli-inspired yoga – and describes her aim as being to ‘help people cultivate a deep listening for their body, and most importantly, be-friend their body.’ Her beginner classes are open to complete beginners and those with injuries or chronic conditions. Her open classes are for those with more experience of yoga. Each session lasts 75 minutes – and it’s necessary to book.
